Great holiday at Zakopane, had nothing planned and didn’t really know that it would be so busy at that time of year. Luckily we went in the tourist information and met Iga. She managed to get us to all activities we wanted, her perseverance with providers was excellent. She even did transportation arrangements directly from our residence.We did snowbikes, husky rides,thermal baths. Iga at Tatra is truly the person to go to.

My husband and I spent last Christmas in Zakopane. We booked a tour with a horse sleigh with Tatra Heroes. Iga was very kind, helpful and friendly. She did her best to fulfill our expectations. Moreover, she provided with every information we need about outdoor activities in Zakopane

We felt very lucky as we met Iga, from Tatra heroes! She truly was more than helpful, she solved everything with ease, excellence professionally and such sympathy, and went beyond any standard customer care for us. With Tatra we booked both private ski lessons in german for our 6 year old first time skier, which were truly excellent as all trainers were really good! and also she organized a cross country ski tour for me and my husband that was simply unforgettable!
