Before we meet in Zakopane...
1. EMAIL
Email us or use contact form to let us know about your holiday plans. The more details you send, the better offer we will prepare. If you don’t know what you would like to do – don’t worry, we will advise you!
2. OFFER
We gather all the necessary info and make an offer based on your preferences.
3. CONTRACT
When you are finally satisfied with the plan, we send you a contract.
4. PAYMENT
You make the first payment so that we can start organizing your perfect stay in the Tatras. We are happy to do that!
5. TATRA HERO PACK
We prepare your personalized Tatra Hero Pack which contains vouchers, guidebook, maps and a surprise

Around two weeks before you come to Zakopane, you make the final payment and we confirm all the details.
7. WELCOME
Once you arrive, we are here to support you during all your stay.
